My name is Franky Redente. I'm an Audio Engineer, Sound Designer, and Agentic Developer with over 25 years of professional experience in team management, audio engineering, post-production, music production, and software development.

The focus is on applying senior-level expertise to solve scalable production problems, helping companies build production pipelines by leading expert teams and developing custom software solutions that work at scale.

Using Claude Code multi-agent orchestration, this agentic approach delivers production-grade solutions 60% faster than traditional methods. The result: systems that solve real production problems—from automated quality assessment tools to AI workflow integration—enabling companies to ship faster while maintaining professional standards.

Current projects include VST and AU plugins, Python analysis tools (Analyse This, AB-This), and production utility systems. Development work spans C++ with JUCE, embedded audio for Eurorack, procedural systems in Pure Data and Max/MSP, Python-based AI tooling, and full-stack web applications using React, Next.js, FastAPI, and Web Audio API.

Collaborations with composer Robert M. Thomas include projects for the London Contemporary Orchestra, Massive Attack, The Barbican, Google, Bose, Boiler Room, Selfridges, and the V&A Museum.

At Unmind, led the audio department from zero, building production infrastructure and scaling operations to produce over 200 multimedia assets for British Airways, Disney, Uber, NHS, and The New York Times. The team contributed to the company's £22M Series C funding and was shortlisted for the InsideOut Community Award in 2024 alongside BBC Planet Earth III, Waitrose, and Bang & Olufsen.

Spent 13 years at SAE Institute London teaching audio production and programming to 300+ students, achieving a 95% industry placement rate.
